Regency to Purchase Convalescent Center

Regency Health Services Inc. said Friday that it has agreed to buy a 156-bed skilled nursing facility in Colton for an undisclosed price.

The Newport Beach company said it hopes to close the deal for Reche Canyon Convalescent Center Inc. by July 1. The 3-year-old facility is 90% occupied.

Regency now operates 35 health care facilities with a total of 3,219 beds.
