The following are selected entries from the crime logs of local law enforcement agencies between May 31 and June 6.

Glendale

East Broadway, 1500 block--A man discovered $1,000 in cash missing from his night stand. The money was taken between 7:15 a.m. and 6:45 p.m. June 2.

North Brand Boulevard, 100 block--Computer equipment valued at $3,318 was taken from an office. The theft was discovered June 3.

Sinclair Avenue, 400 block--Thieves stole electronic equipment valued at $770 from a private residence between 9:45 a.m. and 1:35 p.m. June 3.

San Fernando Road, 5800 block--After tying the owner, robbers with a gun stole $800 and walkie-talkies valued at $100 from a liquor store at 11:55 a.m. June 4.

Glenwood Road, 600 block--Thieves forced open the door to a high school science department and took tests and answer sheets between on June 4 or 5.

Rodier Drive, 500 block--An air compressor, valued at more than $1,000 and chained to a truck bumper, was stolen from a construction site between on June 4 or 5.

Cleveland Road, 800 block--Thieves pried open a locked window to steal two rifles and a shotgun, valued together at $1,800, between June 4 and 6.

South Glendale Avenue--As they were prying open a door, two thieves were caught breaking into a school at 4:40 p.m. June 5.

North Isabel Street, 500 block--A robber with a gun stole about $30 from a pizza delivery person at 9:20 p.m. June 5.

2nd Avenue, 3700 block--Vandals forced open the rear door of a vacant house and spray-painted the interior, causing $10,000 in damage on June 5 or 6.

West California Avenue, 400 block--Two robbers grabbed a suitcase with cash and personal items valued together at $3,000 from the hands of a student at 1:15 p.m. June 6.

Colorado Boulevard, 1700 block--Robbers took $280 at gunpoint from a fast-food restaurant at 1:15 a.m. May 31.

Cedaredge Avenue, 1200 block--A robber confronted a man in his bedroom and stole his TV at 2 a.m. May 31.

El Paso Drive, 1200 block--Thieves entered the front windows of a private residence and stole jewelry and video equipment, valued together at $1,180, between 1:30 and 7:20 p.m. May 31.

Colorado Boulevard, 2100 block--Thieves stole property valued at $3,275 from a business. The theft was discovered June 1.

Wawona Street, 3800 block--Thieves stole a TV and video equipment, valued together at $1,500, from a private residence between 9 a.m. and 9:15 p.m. June 2.

Yosemite Way, 4500 block--Showing a handgun, a bandit stole $250 from a pedestrian at 11 p.m. June 2.

Eagle Rock Boulevard, 4800 block--After smashing a rear window and pushing out an air-conditioning unit, thieves stole telephone equipment and a radio, valued together at $1,681, from a church on June 2 or 3.

El Paso Drive, 1200 block--A thief walking behind a woman grabbed her purse containing $155 at 7:30 p.m. June 3.

Verdugo Road, 4500 block--Entering through an unsecured door, robbers ordered the occupant of a residence to stay seated while they stole a TV valued at $450 at 11:50 p.m. June 3.

Eagle Rock Boulevard, 4300 block--Thieves broke into a school and stole a radio and television, valued together at $1,050, and a church to steal typewriters and telephone equipment, valued together at $912, between 1 and 6 a.m. June 5.

Echo Park

Echo Park Avenue, 1800 block--Thieves with a shotgun smashed a security camera, then stole cash and cigarettes, valued together at $650, from a mini-market at 8:35 a.m. June 4.

Glassell Park

Nob Hill Drive, 4600 block--Thieves stole auto parts and sporting goods, valued at $1,604, from a back yard in a theft discovered May 31.

Cypress Avenue and Figueroa Street--After hitting a man on the back of his neck, robbers with a gun stole his bag containing a gun and other property, valued together at $410, at 2 a.m. May 31.

Cazador Drive, 2200 block--After tying the occupant, gunmen took cash and jewelry, valued together at $544, at 10:30 p.m. May 31.

Arroyo Seco Avenue, 3200 block--Thieves entered through the roof of a garment factory and stole industrial equipment, valued at $5,450, on May 31 or June 1.

Scandia Way, 3800 block--Entering through an unlocked rear door, thieves stole camera equipment and a radio, valued together at $2,990, between 11:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. June 3.

Scandia Way, 3900 block--Reaching through a rear door window, thieves opened the door and ransacked a bedroom and living room on June 5 or 6, stealing a TV and video equipment valued together at $1,100.

Highland Park

Fayette Street, 5900 block--Thieves broke the burglar bars on the window of a private residence and stole video equipment valued at $1,100 in a theft discovered May 31.

Chestnut Avenue, 800 block--Gun-wielding bandits in a parking facility demanded a man’s wallet, containing $92, and keys, then fled in the man’s car at 2:15 a.m. May 31.

Street, 5100 block--A gunman stole $363 from a pedestrian at 9:50 p.m. May 31.

Poppy Peak Drive, 6100 block--Entering through an unlocked door, thieves stole tools valued at $155 from a school plant manager’s office on June 1 or 2.

Eagle Rock Boulevard, 3500 block--Thieves broke open the front door of a garment factory with a vehicle and stole industrial equipment, valued at $6,400, at 4:45 a.m. June 3.

Los Feliz

North Kenmore Avenue, 1700 block--One thief held a pedestrian from behind while a second thief stole credit cards and $140 at 4:55 p.m. June 1.

North Catalina Street, 2400 block--After a workman measured a woman’s furniture for upholstery, she noticed that jewelry valued at $16,250 was missing between June 3 and 6.

North Vermont Avenue, 1600 block--A gunman stole $150 from a mini-market at 2:14 a.m. June 6.

North Vermont Avenue, 1100 block--A robber in a motel lobby stole $425 by acting as though he had a gun in a pocket at 11:35 a.m. June 6.

Silver Lake

Santa Monica Boulevard, 4200 block--After posing as a customer in a bar, a robber drew a gun and stole $250 at 10:30 p.m. May 31.

Chevy Chase Drive, 4200 block--Thieves forced open a rear window and stole $3,200 from a fast-food restaurant in a theft discovered June 1.

Brier Avenue and Glendale Boulevard--A robber walking behind a pedestrian pulled a gun and stole $110 at 11:45 p.m. June 2.

Riverside Drive and Los Feliz Boulevard--A robber with a gun demanded a man’s camera, valued at $1,280, at 1:30 p.m. June 4.

Hyperion Avenue, 2700 block--Posing as an employee, a thief with a gun entered a fast-food restaurant, locked one employee in the restroom and stole $3,000 between 7 and 10 a.m. June 5.

Glendale Boulevard and Fletcher Drive--While in a supermarket parking lot, a thief with a gun stole a pager and $125 at 12:25 a.m. June 6.
