Latin pop singer Marisela was arrested for investigation of being under the influence of cocaine, and her red Porsche 928 with “Venuz” license plates was impounded by police.

Marisela, 27, of Encino, whose full name is Marisela Hernandez, was released on $10,000 bail and ordered to appear Aug. 3 in Glendale Municipal Court, police said. She was arrested Sunday at the Day’s Inn after department store employees who delivered clothes to her room told police that a woman with a bloody nose paid for the clothes with a wad of $100 bills.

Police confiscated a vial of what they believed was cocaine. Marisela was booked for investigation of being under the influence of cocaine.
