Redondo Beach Youth Wins Surfing Event

Hagan Kelley of Redondo Beach took first place in the 14-and-under division last weekend in a Western Surfing Assn. event at Huntington Beach.

Kelley, 14, recently completed the eighth grade at Calle Mayor Middle School in Torrance and will attend South Torrance.
