A blaze that firefighters said was intentionally set destroyed 17 buildings in Cleveland. The fire began in the former Woolen Mill factory complex just east of downtown, battalion Fire Chief William Wolohan said. Firefighters found several areas inside the building that had been intentionally ignited, department spokesman Jonathan Parries said. Barrels of a hazardous substance were stored in the building, Parries said.
