Late Rally Allows Bullfrogs to Top Blades, Stay Unbeaten

The Bullfrogs scored three goals in the final two minutes to beat the Blades, 6-4, Thursday night at the Forum and remain unbeaten in Roller Hockey International.

Trailing, 4-3, Devin Edgerton tied the score on a power play at the 10:46 mark of the 12-minute quarter. Then, with 33 seconds left, Ken Murchison took a pass from Christian Lalonde and scored to give the Bullfrogs the lead for good. Brad McCaughey scored an empty-net goal several seconds later.

The Bullfrogs improved to 3-0, taking sole possession of first place in the Buss Division. The Blades are 2-1.

Steve Bogoyevac and Ralph Barahona each scored twice for he Blades, who led, 3-1, early in the third quarter before the Bullfrogs tied the score by the end of the quarter.
