* I would like to commend your paper for the debate you printed in the Ventura County Edition on Sunday, June 27, between Rep. Elton Gallegly and Rep. Anthony Beilenson.
I am a supporter of Congressman Gallegly and welcomed this opportunity for these men to express their views on the issues.
Congressman Gallegly represents the people in his attempt to better control illegal immigration, reduce capital gains tax and keep “hands off” the Social Security trust fund. And he knows that taxes themselves will not stimulate the economy.
