WASHINGTON —
Supreme Court nominee Ruth Bader Ginsburg has won the American Bar Assn.’s highest rating of “well qualified,” the White House legal office said Tuesday.
The ABA’s 15-member standing committee on the federal judiciary voted unanimously to give Ginsburg its highest rating, White House lawyer Ron Klain said.
