ARB Approves 2 Arco Reformulated Diesels: Atlantic Richfield Co. became the third oil company to have its cleaner-burning diesel formulas certified by the California Air Resources Board. ARB Chairwoman Jananne Sharpless said this should quell worries over the availability of adequate supplies by the fall deadline. The ARB estimates that the new fuel will cost about 6 cents more a gallon.
