Care Enterprises Inc.: The Tustin provider of in-patient and home-based health care posted a second-quarter profit of $1.3 million, or 10 cents a share, 66% higher than the $814,000, or 7 cents a share, recorded for the second quarter of 1992. Revenue was up 8% to $49.9 million from $46.4 million. Profit for the first half nearly doubled to $2.3 million from $1.2 million. Revenue increased 4% to $97.6 million from $94.3 million.
