Abbey Acquisition: Abbey Home Healthcare said Thursday it has bought Specialized Homecare Inc., a provider of pediatric respiratory therapy.
Specialized Homecare, based in Madison Heights, Mich., has three branches in Michigan.
Abbey, a unit of Abbey Healthcare Group Inc. in Costa Mesa, said it has acquired companies this year with a total annual revenue of $20 million.
Abbey provides home health care in 36 states.
