New Partnership Formed for TV Station Programs: The consortium of 26 TV stations, calling itself Partner Stations Network L.P., was formed to develop and produce syndicated TV programming. The group, which is headed by Michael Lambert, former president of domestic TV at Twentieth Century Fox, includes TV stations owned by LIN Broadcasting, Malrite Communications and Providence Journal Broadcasting, among others. The group has agreed to develop new programs and market-test them on their stations, which cover 20% of the country’s TV-watching homes. If the program works on its limited rollout basis, PSN will syndicate the show.
