VENTURA : Funeral to be Held for Frank Haines

Private funeral services will be held today for radio-show host Frank Haines, who died last week. A public memorial service may be held at a later date.
Haines, 60, a talk-show host at Ventura’s KVEN (1450 AM) for 26 years, was stricken by a heart attack after experiencing a series of health problems in recent years.
He is survived by his wife, Rosemary Haines of Ventura, and a brother, Lavern C. Haines of La Marada.
In lieu of flowers, friends may donate to the Ventura County Chapter of the American Heart Assn.
