Subdividing State
* Since splitting polities into smaller subdivisions has been so successful in the Balkans and in the former Soviet Union, it certainly seems logical for California to follow suit. And since the proposed Northern California would be 93% white, the plan would give a whole new meaning to ethnic cleansing.
