Patricia Ann Mount; Longtime Aide to City Council President
Patricia Ann Mount, 48, longtime chief deputy and spokeswoman for Los Angeles City Council President John Ferraro. A graduate of UCLA, she served on several congressional and legislative staffs and as special assistant to Pepperdine University President William Banowsky before joining Ferraro in 1974. In Anaheim on Sept. 13 of a heart attack.
