There’s been a price markdown on the Thousand Oaks office complex being vacated by the West Coast production headquarters of Exxon Co. USA.
The three-building center, totaling 166,000 square feet, was originally put on the market in April at $21 million, but Lynwood Fields of Beitler Commercial Realty Services in Sherman Oaks says it can now be had for $19.5 million.
Exxon has already received several offers, Fields said. Exxon formerly had 150 employees at the complex. They’re being relocated to other offices.
