Better Living Up North: For Better Living Inc., a San Juan Capistrano company that makes concrete and plastic products, said it will move its headquarters to Auburn in Northern California next week. Only five of its 420 employees nationwide will relocate, said Karl M. Stockbridge, the company’s vice president. The company’s founder, F.G. Fabian Jr., resigned as chairman and chief executive officer in July. He was replaced by his son, Richard G. Fabian, who lives near Auburn.
