4 Killed in Crash of Private Plane

PETALUMA, Calif. —
Four people were found dead in the wreckage of a small plane that plowed into a hillside on a ranch near here, authorities said.
None were identified.
The mangled plane, which apparently crashed Saturday night, was found Sunday morning, said Lt. Mike Ferguson of the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Department. A Federal Aviation Administration duty officer in Los Angeles said the plane was a Cessna 177 Cardinal.
