Sulzbach Named to Top Public Affairs Post at NME: National Medical Enterprises Inc. announced the appointment of Christi R. Sulzbach to the new position of senior vice president, public affairs, reporting directly to Chairman and Chief Executive Jeffrey C. Barbakow. Sulzbach will supervise the Santa Monica firm’s corporate communications, government relations and investor relations departments. She will also continue to serve as the company’s associate general counsel.
