Armor All Polishes 2nd-Quarter Profits

Armor All Products Corp., the Aliso Viejo marketer of automotive appearance products, reported a 14% increase in second-quarter profit to $4 million, or 19 cents a share, from $3.5 million, or 17 cents a share, for the year-earlier period.
Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was up 3%, to $36.2 million from $35.2 million. For the first half of fiscal 1994, profit increased to $9.5 million, or 45 cents a share, from $8 million, or 38 cents a share. Revenue rose 8% to $84 million.
