Diceon Electronics Inc.: The Irvine manufacturer of circuit boards and back panels incurred a net loss of $16.3 million, or $3.18 a share, for fiscal 1993 ended Sept. 30. That compares with a net loss of $12.7 million, or $2.46 a share, for fiscal 1992. Sales declined 2%, to $99.3 million from $101.4 million. In the fourth quarter, Diceon lost $2.6 million, or 50 cents a share, compared with a loss of nearly $3 million, or 58 cents a share, for the fourth quarter of fiscal 1992. Sales were down nearly 8% to $25.2 million. The company attributed the losses to insufficient shipments and continuing price erosion.
