Gov. Wilson to Form Biotech Advisory Panel: The governor said he will form a 20-member biotechnology council made up of administration and industry officials to advise Sacramento on how best to help the industry grow and become more competitive. Wilson announced the council, to be headed by state Trade and Commerce Secretary Julie Wright, during the CalBio Summit 93 in San Diego.
