West Hollywood Businessman Faces New Fraud Charges: Ronnie Ulloa, arrested in August in connection with an alleged workers’ compensation insurance scam, has been charged again with a related insurance fraud. The Los Angeles County district attorney’s office accused Ulloa, in both cases, of operating a temporary employment agency that bilked its customers. Authorities say Ulloa charged customers for workers’ compensation insurance for the temporary employees he provided. But instead of actually buying the insurance, authorities say, Ulloa pocketed the money.
