Under the agreement, Computer Marketplace will buy ICS’s entire client list, and Michele Insko, president of ICS, will join Computer Marketplace as a sales and marketing executive.

‘We anticipate that Michele could add approximately $1 million in annual sales to our revenue base,” said L. Wayne Kiley, chairman and president of Computer Marketplace.
