EMBASSY SUITES CHEVY CHASE PAVILLION 4300 Military Road N.W.; (800) EMBASSY All-suite hotel is convenient to suburban businesses in Maryland as well as D.C. tourist attractions via subway. Good conference center, but some find guest rooms too small.

A short walk across a bridge from Georgetown and convenient to both Washington and Northern Virginia. Also a quick trip to National Airport and other points via subway.

Landmark Victorian-style hotel in the center of Washington offers stately guest rooms, outstanding service and fine dining. Some wish the top-floor rooms were larger.

Favored by the Clintons for transition-period visits, this historic hotel features superb service and serves an outstanding brunch. Ask for rooms located at the front of the hotel.
