COLLEGE FOOTBALL DAILY REPORT : USC : Many Involved in Attack

USC fullback Deon Strother caught nine passes for 71 yards last Saturday against Notre Dame and scored a touchdown.

Strother and tight end Brad Banta are prime examples of USC’s versatile pass offense. While Strother is second on the team to Johnnie Morton in receptions, Banta has caught 14 passes--almost twice as many as he caught during his first three seasons at USC.
