Cooke-Chandler Vows Exchanged
Chandler Louise Cooke, daughter of Mr. and Mrs Robert Allen Cooke of Los Angles, exchanged marriage vows with Patrick Chandler at the Beverly Hills Presbyterian Church in Beverly Hills.
The bride, a free-lance writer graduated from USC. Her father is senior vice president of the investment firm Dabney Resnick. Her mother, Brenda Chandler Cooke, is manager of Rodeo Realty.
The bridegroom, son of Bruce Chandler of Newport Beach and Asa Chandler of Sun Valley, Ida., works in the display advertising department of the Los Angeles Times. He is a graduate of USC. His father is an attorney and serves on the times Mirror Co. board of directors.
The bridegroom is the grandson of the late Philip Chandler, who served as vice presidentand general manager of The Times; the great-grandson of Harry Chandler, and the great-great grandson of Gen. Harrison Gray Otis, first publisher of the Los Angeles Times and founder of Times Mirror co.
