AND ONE MORE THING: Way back when, a kid might ask Santa for a toy train, a new bike or maybe his or her two front teeth. But this is 1993 and 7 1/2-year-old Gregory Scott has his sights set a little, um, higher. Gregory’s wish list is topped by . . . Madonna.

And since this particular kid also happens to be a precocious video Wunderkind --he’s billed as the “world’s youngest director,” having shot his first video when he was 5--the wish has been turned into a music video, “Bring Me Madonna (On Christmas Night).” It airs Tuesday on “The Arsenio Hall Show.”
