A list of White House staff salaries showed that 26 men and 17 women who work for President Clinton earn $100,000 or more a year. The salary list, published in the Washington Post, disclosed that Clinton’s top aides earn $125,000 annually, $9,000 less than the highest-level staffers in George Bush’s White House. Hundreds of low-level Clinton aides are paid $30,000 or less. Of 17 listed with salaries of $125,000, four are women. Of the 26 listed who make at least $100,000 but less than $125,000, 13 are women.
