5 Held in Arms Thefts

JOHANNESBURG, South Africa —
Police arrested five men Friday in the theft of ammunition, hand grenades and mortars from army depots.
All the men arrested are white, and state radio reported late Friday that they are members of a militant ultra-rightist group.
