Presley Cousin Wins Runoff

TUPELO, Miss. — The jailhouse could be rockin’ in Mississippi’s Lee County, now that Elvis Presley’s cousin has been elected sheriff. Harold Ray Presley, 45, won a runoff Tuesday to fill the remaining two years in Sheriff Jack Shirley’s term. Shirley died of cancer a year ago.
