Diceon Appoints Executive Vice President

James B. Barton has been appointed executive vice president and chief operating officer of Diceon Electronics Inc., an Irvine manufacturer of circuit boards. He will have responsibility for all sales and operations. Before joining the company in 1992, Barton spent six years as president, chief executive and chairman of Sigma Circuits, a circuit board manufacturer. He also was with Kollmorgen Corp. for 20 years as quality control manager, product manager, business manager and then vice president and general manager.
