Petrominerals Corp.: The Tustin crude-oil and natural-gas company reported a third-quarter loss of $240,000, or 3 cents a share. That compared to a loss of $68,000 or 1 cent a share, for the same period of 1992. Revenue declined 25% to $1.2 million from $1.6 million. For the first three quarters of 1993, the company lost $752,000, or 6 cents a share, compared to a loss of $446,000, or 6 cents a share, for the same period a year earlier. Nine-month revenue was $3.3 million, down from $4.7 million.
