Under the state Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act, Ventura County must report each week the toxic and potentially toxic materials discharged. The discharges are investigated by the county Environmental Health Division. DATE: Nov. 8 LOCATION: 1 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd., Thousand Oaks MATERIAL: 10 gallons of gasoline *DATE: Nov. 16 LOCATION: 2501 N. Ventura Road, Oxnard MATERIAL: 10 gallons of waste oil *DATE: Nov. 17 LOCATION: Canal and Dunes streets, Oxnard MATERIAL: 100 gallons of waste water *DATE: Nov. 18 LOCATION: San Nicolas Island, Ventura MATERIAL: 130 gallons of fuel
