Reasearchers Uncover Stash of Lincoln Papers

EUREKA, Ill. —
Researchers say they have found 19 papers written or signed by Abraham Lincoln, the latest milestone in a project to piece together the legal career of the 16th President. The discovery was made in central Illinois’ Woodford County just a few months after state historians found 48 documents at the courthouse in neighboring Tazewell County.
