A sore wrist did not prevent Kenny Anderson from getting his second triple-double of the season.

Anderson scored 32 points and had 11 assists and 10 rebounds Monday night to lead the New Jersey Nets to a 110-105 double-overtime victory over the Miami Heat at East Rutherford, N.J.

Anderson broke the wrist last season and was sidelined for 27 games and the playoffs. He hurt the wrist again last Friday against Chicago, and it was still bothering him on Monday.

“It hurt the whole game,” Anderson said. “It still hurts. But I just said ‘later for this.’ A little pain can’t kill me.”

Anderson scored 10 points during the overtimes and had assists on the Nets’ last two baskets: a short jump shot by Armon Gilliam with 35 seconds left and a three-pointer by Chris Morris with six seconds left that clinched the victory.

Derrick Coleman added 21 points and 13 rebounds for the Nets before fouling out in the first overtime.

Glen Rice, averaging 35.3 points in his last four games, led Miami with 39 points.

Boston 112, Philadelphia 107--Dee Brown broke out of a shooting slump and scored 35 points at Boston as the Celtics won after blowing a 17-point lead.

The Celtics, who broke a two-game losing streak, got a season-high 24 points from Xavier McDaniel.

The 76ers, winless in their last six games against the Celtics, were led by Dana Barros with 17 points.
