Carol L. Miltner has been appointed to the newly created post of executive vice president, sales and marketing for CMS Enhancements Inc., an Irvine distributor of microcomputer systems, peripherals and accessories for personal work stations and laptop computers. Miltner was formerly owner of a computer sales and marketing consulting firm. From 1989 to 1991, she was senior vice president of sales for the former Softsel Computer Products Inc., and through its merger, for Merisel, a computer distributor.
