The annual Christmas benefit shows at Linda’s Doll Hut in Anaheim brought in $2,250 and enough donated toys to fill 15 large trash bags, according to club owner Linda Jemison. All proceeds will go to the Orangewood Children’s Home for abused children.

The benefit concerts at the cozy Doll Hut, featuring an array of talent from the Orange County rock scene, took place during five weekend nights earlier this month. Included were two rare solo performances by Social Distortion leader Mike Ness.

Club owner Linda Jemison said that she will use the cash to buy items from a list provided by Orangewood.
