COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE : Irvine Builder Starts Construction on Two Medical Facilities

Matson Builders of Irvine has begun construction on two medical facilities in Orange County for Bristol Park Medical Group Inc., a primary-care group practice based in Costa Mesa.
With the construction of two company facilities in San Juan Capistrano and Mission Viejo, Bristol Park now has 10 medical facilities in Orange County. The San Juan Capistrano location will have 15,400 square feet and will be at 30300 Rancho Viejo Road. The 13,900-square-foot Mission Viejo clinic will be at 26991 Crown Valley Parkway.
