Motown Shake-Up: Motown Records, recently acquired by Polygram, said it has fired Chief Operating Officer Harry Anger in a restructuring. The company also promoted three executives: Oscar Field to vice president and general manager, Lisa Chamberlain to executive vice president of finance and administration and Steve McKeever to executive vice president of talent and creative affairs.
