TEMPLE CITY: City Hall will be closed on alternate Fridays beginning Jan. 21 to comply with air district requirements. City Hall and Civic Center Building hours Monday through Thursday will be extended from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Both buildings will be open on alternate Fridays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
