Trisha Yearwood’s “Song Remembers When” is a big seller (No. 8) on The Times’ Southern California album chart partly because of another album, “Common Thread: Songs of the Eagles.” Exposure on this country-chart topper (she sings “New Kid in Town”) has beefed up her fan base. George Strait is doing something Garth Brooks used to do, with several albums in the country Top 10. Strait’s “Easy Come Easy Go” is No. 6 and his “Pure Country” is No. 10. Celine Dion’s “Power of Love” is powering its way up the pop singles chart, debuting at No. 8.
