Hansen Natural Corp.: The marketer and distributor of sodas said Friday that it raised more than $2.2 million by exercising some stock warrants.

The company said 505,821 Class A warrants were exercised, out of a total of 577,478 outstanding, to provide $632,276. And 635,726 Class B warrants, out of a total of 1.2 million outstanding, were exercised to provide $1.6 million.

Hansen said each Class A warrant could be exchanged for one common share at $1.25 a share, while the Class B warrants could be exchanged for one common share at $2.50 a share.
