General Monitors Inc.: The company agreed Friday to sell technology and inventory of a line of pollution measuring instruments to Pollution Research & Control Corp. in Glendale for an undisclosed price.

General Monitors in Costa Mesa will sell its Byron Hydrocarbon Analyzer technology and inventory to PRCC, the companies said.
