Yorba Linda Broker Barred From NYSE

Robert Jenican of Yorba Linda has been censured and barred permanently from the New York Stock Exchange, the exchange announced Wednesday.

The exchange said Jenican misappropriated customer funds, issued false account statements to customers and failed to give the exchange a written explanation it had asked for.

Jenican was fired from an unidentified brokerage that is a member of the exchange. He consented to the ruling without admitting or denying guilt. He declined to comment when reached Wednesday.
