BRIEFLY : Transit: Ramp Project to Be Completed by Midyear
Construction of the Howard Hughes Center connector ramps to the San Diego Freeway (405) should be completed by the middle of this year, officials said this week.
The $15-million Caltrans project, funded by center developer the Summa Corp., is on schedule and under budget, said Robert E. Morrison, president of the company’s commercial and industrial division.
The ramps are near Centinela Avenue and Sepulveda Boulevard in Westchester.
