Alzheimer’s Sufferers
* I proffer my most heartfelt thanks for Al Martinez’s column (Jan. 25) about the residence for victims of Alzheimer’s disease. It was sincere and accurate. Having recently helped move my beloved father to such a facility, it touched me deeply to realize that others understand the relentless pain this nightmare illness visits upon its victims and their families.
My family and I would welcome more information about Alzheimer’s and must also express our gratitude and admiration to those who care for its sufferers.
