Quality Systems Inc.: The Tustin provider of computer-based information processing systems for medical and dental group practices posted a profit of $558,900, or 13 cents a share, for its third fiscal quarter. That contrasted with earnings of $94,300, or 2 cents a share, for the same period a year earlier. Revenue for the quarter, which ended Dec. 31, rose 32% to $3.7 million from $2.8 million. For the first nine months, the company’s profit more than tripled to $730,700, or 17 cents a share, from $208,000, or 5 cents a share, for the same period a year earlier. Nine-month revenue increased 2% to $8.7 million from $8.5 million.
