US Facilities Corp.: The Costa Mesa insurance company reported 1993 profit of $6.8 million, or $1.14 a share, a 48% increase from earnings of $4.6 million, or 78 cents a share, for 1992. Revenue reached $112 million, up 33% from $84.3 million for 1992. For the fourth quarter, profit rose 25% to $1.5 million, or 26 cents a share, from $1.2 million, or 20 cents a share, for the same period a year earlier. Three-month revenue increased 27% to $29.8 million from $23.4 million.
