Laser Precision Corp.: The San Juan Capistrano manufacturer of test and measurement instruments reported a net loss of $450,000 for 1993, or 11 cents a share, which included a one-time charge of $2.1 million from the discontinuation of its Lightwave Communications subsidiary. That compares with a profit of $1.3 million, or 26 cents a share, for 1992. Revenue rose 11%, to $24.4 million from $21.9 million. For the fourth quarter, the company posted a net loss of $817,000, or 18 cents a share, contrasted with profit of $720,000, or 14 cents a share, for the 1992 fourth quarter. Revenue was up to $7.4 million from $6.6 million.
